At each stage, we focus on small, achievable steps, making gradual modifications to habits and routines. Remember: progress, not perfection.

I am a certified level 3 personal trainer through Active IQ. I also hold level 3 qualifications in pre- and post-natal training and nutrition, and supporting clients with long term conditions. I am committed to ongoing education to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness research and techniques.

At the moment, as I'm not a licensed dietician, I can only offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices to support your goals and have a better relationship with food.
I am in the process of completing my nutrition coaching qualifications, so will be able to offer more specific advice soon.
I track progress through regular check ins, data collection and assessments, and performance tracking. We will regularly review your progress and make adjustments as needed.
Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and goals. Many clients start feeling better and noticing small improvements in 2-4 weeks, with visible changes often appearing around the 6-8 week mark. I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments to maximise results.

Absolutely! I specialise in creating flexible programs that fit into even the busiest schedules. We'll work together to find times that work for you, and online training offers the ultimate convenience.
I can create effective workout programs that can be done at home or outdoors. Bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment can be very effective. You'd be surprised what you can do with a bag and some books!
Absolutely! In fact, I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are just starting their fitness journey. I understand that beginning can be intimidating, and I'm here to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
We'll start with the basics, focusing on building a solid foundation of proper form and technique. We'll work together to set realistic goals and celebrate your progress along the way.
Our sessions will be one hour long, which allows us to complete a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down while addressing your fitness goals effectively. I will provide all necessary equipment for our session - all you need is comfortable clothing and footwear, and a water bottle.
We will also discuss how you have been getting on with other aspects of the you, renewed program, and how best I can support you outside of our sessions.
I use Google Sheets and Drive for online coaching. This platform allows me to provide you with a personalised training plan with workout videos, nutrition advice and other resources, weekly check ins, and habit and lifestyle tracking.
I also use Slack which is an online messaging service where I can provide you with ongoing support and motivation outside of our weekly check ins.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

During our consultation, we will discuss your goals, medical history and any barriers or limitations. We will also discuss how best I can support you as a coach and answer any questions you may have.
I created this program because it centred around creating sustainable lifestyle changes and building habits that last, something I have been working on for a large proportion of my adult life. I have been where my clients have been - self-conscious about being in the gym, struggling with my relationship with food, not able to manage my time to do things for me. And I have helped both them and myself achieve everything they wanted and more.
